Run it with sqlite3 game.db ".read export.sql" (works in PowerShell, cmd and bash).
Upgrading an existing database
CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS does not change a table that already exists, so an older answers table will not get the new columns and the INSERTs will fail. Either tick “Drop old tables first” (this deletes the old rows; the export recreates them), start from a new .db file, or add the columns by hand and clear the old rows before importing:
